Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NVRtxt (“the Service”), an email-to-SMS forwarding service. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service

NVRtxt receives alert emails sent to addresses you configure, formats them into short text messages, and forwards them by SMS to the recipients you designate, subject to per-endpoint and monthly limits.

Your responsibilities — consent & compliance

  • You represent that every recipient phone number you add has consented to receive alert messages, and you will maintain records of that consent.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules, including the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, and A2P 10DLC registration requirements.
  • You will use the Service only to deliver transactional security/event alerts — not marketing, and not prohibited content (including SHAFT: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, or otherwise unlawful content).
  • You will honor opt-outs; a STOP reply deactivates the affected recipient.

Message delivery

SMS delivery depends on mobile carriers and third-party providers and is not guaranteed. NVRtxt is not liable for delayed, failed, filtered, or undelivered messages, or for the content of alerts generated by your equipment.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam or unlawful or unconsented messages, to exceed or evade rate limits, or to interfere with the Service. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put our carrier registrations at risk.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per the pricing presented to you. Message volume may be subject to plan limits and overage terms.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVRtxt’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will revise the “last updated” date above.
